A producer responsibility organisation (PRO) is the organisation a business joins and pays to meet packaging recycling obligations. Some countries instead use a government fee system. Use the name from your contract or registration.

Packaging EPR fees in Croatia are charged per kilogram of each material, with the rate set by the material and often its recyclability grade. The total also depends on the organisation or government system you use, the packaging scope and the weight. This page lists 15 current pricing records and calculates the weight-based rates directly; negotiated or unpublished prices are marked, never guessed.
Use the producer responsibility organisation named in your Croatia registration or contract. The known options in Croatia are Fzoeu. Where several compete, their prices and packaging scopes differ, so Gramta lists them but never selects a default for a business.
Packaging EPR in Croatia is overseen by a national register and authority, linked from the organisations section of this page. You register there, then join or contract a producer responsibility organisation to meet the obligation. Gramta links the official register so you can confirm the current approved organisations yourself.
Most sellers in Croatia face both frameworks. Packaging EPR sets the recycling fees on this page; the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) adds design rules and a Declaration of Conformity that applies EU-wide, Croatia included. They run in parallel, and a product's recyclability grade increasingly drives the EPR fee under both.
